Emma Morgan Creative was founded in 2021 after a decade in luxury retail, brand, and visual merchandising design.  Our objective is to assist brands to enhance their unique narrative and visual aesthetic while positively impacting their bottom line.

EMMA MORGAN Founder & Creative Director

Emma Morgan’s three-year-old self had a dream: not only to be an artist, but also to own a salon-slash-boutique-slash-café that cut hair, sold clothing, and served breakfast.  Before she knew how to articulate it, she clearly had a knack for creating unique retail and brand experiences.

Emma has a decade of experience in luxury design including product display, visual merchandising, store concept development - pop-ups, new retail initiatives, client experiences - brand activations, exhibitions, and events. She is passionate about creating spaces for clients to discover, engage with, and fall in love with brands.

She has developed designs for stores such as Tiffany & Co., Dover Street Market, Harrods, Le Bon Marche, Bloomingdale’s, Sephora, DFS, and Sunglass Hut and has led unique retail design solutions in global retail districts including Cat Street, Le Marias, Covent Gardens, and Rockefeller Center.

Emma graduated at the top of her class from the Fashion Institute of Technology with a degree in Visual Presentation and Exhibition Design.  She also holds a degree from Binghamton University, during which she completed a semester abroad studying art, culture, and design at Intituto Lorenzo de’Medici in Florence, Italy.

In 2021, Emma was honored with the Planning and Visual Education Partnership (PAVE) Rising Star Award and was included in design:retail magazine's 40 Under 40 Class of 2018.  She currently resides on Long Island, NY - just 60 minutes from midtown Manhattan - with her husband and dog.  And yes, she is still holding onto her dream…
