we are a boutique design studio that is your brands partner for all things visual
who we are
Emma Morgan Creative was founded in 2021 after a decade in luxury retail, brand, and visual merchandising design. We are a boutique design studio that specializes in creative direction, branding, visual merchandising, & spatial design.
how we work
Backed by a decade of experience and fueled by the process of creation and our own natural curiosity, we approach design challenges holistically – putting ourselves in the mindset of the business owner, retail team, and client – to compose solutions that are both thoughtful and appropriate.
Our observant and empathetic approach to problem-solving encourages innovation, collaboration, and agility while remaining practical. We understand the importance of commercial objectives and see the value added in well-designed, creative solutions that accomplish them to drive your business forward.
our objective
We aim to assist brands in creating visual and tactile experiences that enhance a brand's unique narrative and visual aesthetic to strengthen emotional ties, positively impacting their bottom line, and foster memorable impressions between a brand and its clients.
our founder
Emma Morgan
Emma Morgan’s three-year-old self had a dream: not only to be an artist, but also to own a salon-slash-boutique-slash-café that cut hair, sold clothing, and served breakfast. Before she knew how to articulate it, she clearly had a knack for creating unique retail and brand experiences.
Emma is an award-winning designer with over a decade of experience in luxury design including product display, visual merchandising, store concept development - pop-ups, new retail initiatives, client experiences - brand activations, exhibitions, and events. She is passionate about creating spaces for clients to discover, engage with, and fall in love with brands and mentoring young designers. She currently resides on Long Island, NY - just 60 minutes from midtown Manhattan - with her husband, daughter, and dog. And yes, she is still holding onto her dream…
